2月1週 プチリフォーム、大阪市平野区にて断熱材充填工事

大阪市平野区にて築40年程度のお部屋の断熱材充填＋内装工事をさせていただきました.

We had a construction to install insulations in Hirano-ku, Osaka city. This photo was taken before construction.

トラック一台の断熱材で部屋を覆いました。

We installed a full truck bed of insulations to cover a room.

昨夏に別の部屋で断熱改修をさせていただいたお客さまからのリピート工事です。

This customer ordered us to do same as another room which we installed insulations and change floorboard.

外壁にグラスウールが3センチ厚みぐらいはいっていたので、そこにパーフェクトバリアというペットボトルをリサイクルした断熱材を100mm厚み充填しました。床には断熱材がなかったので、50mm厚でフェノバボードという断熱材をいれました。

When we removed wall wood board, thin original insulations were installed inside of wall, no insulations under floorboards. So we added "perfect barrier", which is made from recycled PET, inside wall and installed "Phenova board", which is one of the most efficient insulation per thickness, under floor.



プリント合板仕上げだった内装を杉板に変更して、仕上げました。

Wall and floor board are changed to Japanese cypress. Previously, printed wood pattern board.

天井裏には厚み200でパーフェクトバリアを敷き詰めました。

Perfect barrier were spread inside of ceiling. 

大工工事は完成。あとは窓に内窓を取付けるだけです。

Construction by a carpenter was finished. The rest of construction is installing inner windows with doubled glasses.

最近、銭湯になかなかいけず。今週は久しぶりに行けました。天満の楽天地温泉さんです。

It was long time since last time I went to public bath. Today I went to Rakutenchi-onsen at last.

最近は見積もりの毎日です。

I have been struggling with piles and piles of estimating papers in recent days.
